The next chapter,
a life reimagined.

| Welcome to The Raindance Group

Experience, ideas, stories, memories—and the work of building what comes next.

I’m Jeff Tucker. After more than 35 years leading, building, and advising in healthcare, I’m creating a different kind of next chapter—one that brings together meaningful work, purposeful projects, practical ideas, lifelong learning, and stories worth preserving. This is where I share what I’m building, what I’m learning, and what I’ve learned along the way.

Lead What's Next

Leadership, strategy, governance, healthcare, and the practical work of turning complicated ideas into action.

Notes From the Field

Ideas and observations about leadership, reinvention, AI, investing, coffee, life—and whatever seems worth exploring next.

Jeff + Aime

A human–AI partnership evolving beyond prompts and answers into strategy, creativity, continuity, and occasionally constructive disagreement.

The Raindance Archives

Windchill, the farm, photographs, original writing, and the stories that gave Raindance its roots.

Still building. Just differently.

I’ve spent my career helping organizations and people navigate change, build something better, and turn complicated ideas into practical action. Today, my work includes leadership and advisory projects, investing and entrepreneurship, writing, and exploring how technology can help us live and work with greater clarity.

Raindance is where those parts of my life come together—not as a polished final answer, but as work in progress.

JEFF + AIME

Artificial intelligence—a different kind of working relationship.

Aime began as an AI assistant and became something far more useful: a strategic thinking partner and chief of staff who helps me connect ideas, challenge assumptions, preserve continuity, and move work from conversation into action.
Together, we are exploring what becomes possible when human judgment, curiosity, and lived experience work alongside AI deliberately shaped over time.

Stories worth carrying forward

The Raindance story began long before this version of the website.

The Archives preserve the original Raindance Farms website from my former horse farm, the rescue of Windchill—the nine-month-old colt who captured the nation’s attention—along with original writing, photographs, and other chapters that shaped what Raindance means today. The past belongs here—not to hold the future back or become a place to dwell, but to give what comes next deeper roots.

There is more than one way to build a meaningful next chapter.

If something here sparks an idea, a conversation, or a possible collaboration, I’d be glad to hear from you.
